


Denice possesses the two key traits of a highly successful individual—she is flexible and adaptive. She responds to the unique needs and situations of each client to develop results driven strategies and executions. Denice has managed an email database of 35,000 names and leveraged email to double website traffic. She managed a corporate website, which included editorial content and upwards of 1000 unique SKUs, as well as the replicated websites for nearly 1800 independent contractors. Denice has served as a project manager at a virtual retailer to track and monitor over 100 unique IT projects. To streamline the project process, Denice created a methodology for a 10 person internal creative team. Denice produces accurate project estimates, budgets and timelines. She has been the owner of one business organization and co-owner of another.
Denice has worked with individuals at every level of an organization. She works to build consensus and cooperation among co-workers, understanding that the ability to work with different personalities and styles is key to bringing about successful results. Throughout her career, Denice has focused on successful communication to create meaningful connections between team members, as well as between an organization and its customers. Communication is vital to managing expectations, for delivering results, and fostering an environment of teamwork. As an adjunct faculty member, Denice is continually spurring her students to reach beyond their limits to create their best work. This is also how Denice approaches her fellow co-workers—always encouraging them to strive for more.
Denice sees each day as a doorway to new opportunities and the chance to embrace ever-constant challenges. Her business acumen and creativity has propelled each organization she has worked with to more fully realize its potential.
